Couples and Family Therapy

​In couples/family therapy, you will learn skills to build stronger connections with your partner/family which you can use now and in the future. The therapist and couple/family work together by setting goals for treatment and using different approaches to overcome challenges. These skills will help you navigate complex situations and strengthen your relationship bond.

You can get:

  • Therapists with a specialization in: intercultural couples, communication, sex and intimacy, parenting, infidelity, and high conflict.

  • Culturally competent and humble approach.

  • Effective solutions developed to address your unique needs.

Includes: 50-55 Minute Telehealth session for $150 USD (Self pay clients)

Parenting and Adoption Services

Our family center practice aims to assist you in welcoming new family members by utilizing a holistic approach that embraces their culture.  Our plans encompass training on fostering healthy attachment, trauma-informed parenting techniques, and practical guidance to handle crisis situations.

You can get:

  • Assistance in developing a personalized support plan that caters to your needs throughout the adoption process, including before, during, and after.

  • Training to educate your support systems to welcome your new family member.

  • Support while you are outside the US to create a comfortable and culturally humble process for your and the new members of your family. 

50-55 Minute Telehealth session for $150 USD (Self-pay only)

Support Groups

You are not alone, let's work together!

Our goal is to provide a safe space for people to share their personal experiences and empower others who are also dealing with mental health challenges.

Youth Therapy

Adoptees have the chance to share their life transition journey in a group setting led by a clinician. This helps to prevent isolation and increase camaraderie. They can develop skills and access tailored resources and materials while preserving the small-group atmosphere. The space is limited to 6 people. (Coming Spring 2024)

You can get:

  • Teens can recharge their energy and direct their strong emotions by finding a community where they belong, creating meaningful connections, and receiving recognition.

  • Some possible topics for conversation include family relationships, coping with loss, overcoming negative patterns passed down through generations, navigating romantic relationships, and discovering and expressing your true cultural identity.

Includes: 8-weeks @ $75 for each 90min session (Self-pay only)

Parenting Groups

Our support group is open to any parents/caregivers who are considering or have already started the adoption process and want to learn and receive guidance on how to support youth and teens through difficult situations. We provide helpful resources for parents and offer a safe space for discussion. This is a 4-week small group facilitated by bilingual and culturally competent therapist Alejandra Biehl, MA, LMSW.

You can get:

  • A safe space to talk about parenting challenges and topics such as youth gender identity and sexuality.

  • Skills to maintain good mental health, & self-care practices.

  • Pratical interventions to manage conflict and reluctance to respect family agreements. 

Includes: 50-55 Minute Telehealth session for $130 USD (Self pay only)

Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Our group is here to help those who are struggling with severe anxiety, depression, mood swings, and suicidal ideation. By becoming a member, you'll have access to a variety of practical tools and skills that can improve your daily life and help you better manage your mental health symptoms. Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program/ Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group invites participants at least 18 years of age.  (Coming Spring 2024, enrollment fees and other details to be determined ) 

You can get:

  • Access to 1:1 coaching and support

  • Safe space to talk about severe mental health challenges 

  • Information on how to access resources in the community. 

We accept NM Medicaid and Commercial plans.
Presbyterian, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Western Skies, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Molina.
Self Pay options also available.
